On entering, you'll find a modern kitchen area, equipped with two ceramic hobs, a fridge with freezer compartment and a microwave. This kitchen opens onto a cosy living room, which leads out onto a sunny terrace, perfect for relaxing.
The sleeping area is cleverly laid out with a mezzanine bed offering comfortable sleeping with a 140 cm mattress and a sofa underneath, ideal for relaxing. An airlock leads to a recently renovated shower room, with walk-in shower, washbasin and washing machine. The WC is separate for added comfort.
Public parking is available in front of the residence, and you will also have access to the residence's tennis court.
